“You don't always know how you are going to react to a sudden tragedy breaking your life into little pieces"
Honestly, the beginning of the book was quite a slow one. It took time to build its momentum within me as I was close to dropping the book ( I am glad I did not). At first, I wasn't really feeling the whole present day and three years ago thing until much later into the reading; but I think I wasn't focusing on the book those times so yeah I will have to blame myself for doing that.
Also, I still think some parts in the book were not needed or should I say required because I still can not see the use of those parts and how it all fits in now that I have completed the book.
WHAT!! the twist was so unexpected you know. Like while listening to the book, I kept trying to figure out who it was gonna be and honestly I was wrong every time.
NICE ONE SLATER. I can say I did not see the ending coming.
This is my third audio book and my first with Lucy Price-Lewis as the narrator. Lucy did pretty well. I have to say; people who read these books are really trying mehn!
However, I am not sure why but while listening, I told myself that I wouldn't get any audiobooks again as they seemed like a waste of my money. *shrug*. I think Lucy did not hook me enough or my mind was just in a state of oblivion. Maybe its the book she read but I still prefer Antonia to Lucy.
Call my rating biased, I give Lucy a 3 star
Funny thing is that I don't have any favorite character
Have you read this book?
In conclusion, Blink (not the narrator) gets
